With a wealth of experience in luxury and strategy, Eva is a seasoned professional in the global business landscape. Having spent eight years driving Strategy & Operations at Farfetch, a leader in luxury e-commerce, Eva played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. Prior to that, Eva honed their strategic prowess during a five-year tenure as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company, advising top-tier clients on
market expansion and optimization.

His experience at Farfetch and Fashion Concierge has been on leading innovation teams dedicated to creating cutting-edge products and technology for the fashion industry. Emphasising scalability and operational excellence, Antero continues consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation, contributing to the dynamic evolution of the fashion tech landscape.
Melissa Vlak
INVESTOR RELATIONS
Melissa is a seasoned private equity executive with over 20 years of experience in investment management, operations, and investor relations. As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at CIP Capital for more than 14 years, she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategy and fostering strong investor relationships. Prior to CIP Capital, Melissa served as Director and COO at Credit Suisse/DLJ Merchant Banking Partners for over five years, and previously held the role of Vice President at Rothschild Investment for four years. She began her career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen, where she spent more than five years in real estate transaction advisory. Melissa holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and is recognized for her leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence in private equity.
